What is the cost of organizing a custom or VIP event at Villa Ring?
Pricing is available upon request and is determined based on the scope of the event, number of guests, production requirements, additional services, and the time of year.
A reservation is confirmed upon payment of a 30% deposit.
Where is Villa Ring located, and how far is it from Belgrade?
Villa Ring is located on the road to Obrenovac, approximately 15 minutes from New Belgrade via the Miloš the Great Motorway and around 20 minutes from Belgrade city center. Its location offers both privacy and convenient access for guests.
What is the guest capacity for custom and VIP events?
The standard event capacity is up to 20 guests.
For special custom, luxury, and VIP events, larger gatherings can be arranged upon prior consultation and approval.
For overnight stays, Villa Ring accommodates 10 to 12 guests across 5 bedrooms
Is the swimming pool included in the price of a VIP event?
Yes. The use of the swimming pool and the entire outdoor area is included in the villa rental. Villa Ring is rented exclusively as a private venue, ensuring complete privacy with no other guests or visitors on the premises.
Are music, DJs, and live performances allowed, and until what time?
- Music is permitted until 10:00 PM at the latest.
- Live music is not allowed.
- DJs may only be permitted with prior arrangement and approval from the host.
- All music must comply with applicable regulations and permitted noise levels to ensure respect for the surrounding area and neighboring properties.
Do the padel court and outdoor sports area require an additional fee?
The padel court, basketball court, and outdoor sports area are available upon prior arrangement and for an additional fee. These facilities are not included in the standard villa rental price.
Is parking available for VIP guests?
Yes. Private on-site parking for up to 12 vehicles is available within the Villa Ring complex and is reserved exclusively for event guests.
Is it possible to organize a complete turnkey VIP event?
Yes. Complete VIP and luxury event planning services are available, including concept development, event styling and decoration, professional catering, event staff (waiters and hostesses), technical support, and full event coordination.

Yes. Depending on the concept of the event, professional catering, venue decoration, branding, production services, and additional special requirements can be arranged upon prior consultation and agreement.

Yes. For VIP and high-profile events, professional security services can be arranged, including access control, discreet on-site supervision, and other security measures tailored to the nature of the event and the client’s specific requirements.
Does the villa offer spa facilities, such as a sauna and jacuzzi?
Yes. Villa Ring features a modern private spa area that includes an infrared sauna and a jacuzzi for two people. The spa area is designed to provide relaxation and an added level of comfort during your stay.
Please note that the indoor jacuzzi and sauna are available exclusively during the winter season.
What does the kitchen and dining area include?
Villa Ring features a modern, fully equipped kitchen with all the essential appliances, cookware, and utensils needed to accommodate larger groups comfortably.
Guests have access to a large dining table for up to 8 people, a complete kitchen inventory, and a Nespresso coffee machine, ensuring both convenience and comfort throughout their stay.
How many bathrooms does Villa Ring have?
Villa Ring features two bathrooms: one spacious spa bathroom with a sauna and jacuzzi, and one additional fully functional bathroom for guests’ convenience.
Please note that the indoor jacuzzi and sauna are available exclusively during the winter season.
What is the internet connection like, and is the villa suitable for remote work?
Villa Ring is equipped with high-speed fiber-optic internet.
A stable Wi-Fi connection covers the entire property, including the indoor areas, courtyard, garden, and padel court, ensuring seamless remote work, video calls, online meetings, and streaming throughout your stay.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
For overnight stays:
Check-in is from 1:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM the following day.
For day stays (without overnight accommodation):
Access to the villa is available from 1:00 PM, and guests must leave the property no later than 12:00 AM (midnight).
What is the swimming pool like, and is the water heated?
The swimming pool measures 9.5 x 4 meters and features a saltwater system.
The water is disinfected using a modern salt electrolysis system, which naturally generates chlorine directly from the salt dissolved in the water. This system provides a more pleasant swimming experience and is gentler on the skin and eyes than traditional chlorine treatments.
The pool is also equipped with a heat pump, and water heating can be activated upon prior arrangement during periods outside the main swimming season.
